Turkish Courses
Our Turkish courses include training given to foreigners who want to learn Turkish by contributing to the development of four basic skills based on the CEFR. Our trainings, which are 20 hours a week, last 7 weeks. Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. There are 5 lessons per day. Classes are 09.00-13:50 for morning classes; for lunch classes between 13.00-17:50.
There is a currency system in our Turkish courses. A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1 courses are offered. A placement test is given free of charge for registered students. According to the determined level, the student starts the course. Students who do not take the exam or present a certificate from another university start directly from A1. Students who present their certificates from universities can start their education at the next level.
At the end of the 7-week training, a final exam is held. The end-of-course exams are prepared to measure four basic skills (reading, listening, writing, speaking). Students who get at least 60 points in this exam can pass the next level by successfully completing the course. Students who get less than 60 points repeat the course.
The attendance requirement in our Turkish courses is 70%. Students with a high rate of absenteeism repeat the course.
A certificate indicating the level is given to the students who finish with dry success.
